Ranting before bed...and recaps

February 5th, 2017

I am once again irritated by my codriver. I have never met a man who is such a pain in the rear. Honestly he makes me want to slap him across his head.

Today he woke up when we switched shifts. He complained we weren't at his fuel station of choice, he complained I ran down my clock, and then proceedto complain more and more. His negative energy is exhausting and honestly gets me so depressed. I don't bother saying anything since he is arogrant.

Anything I tell him he doesn't do, doesn't agree, doesn't believe, etc. So I've simply given up and stay silent. I'm so thankful to God I'll be home soon. I don't think I can tolerate him much longer. It's just draining

Its no wonder he is divorced and single js. People generally don't like you if you just have to be right all the time and act like a pain if you get even the slightest feedback.

Too tired now...been up for 12+ hrs

@LoyalGoldfish33

Hello there!

You sound very frustrated and out of patience, and I can understand why. Did ranting help you, though? I understand that such instances may be tough, and it's not easy to remain calm while dealing with someone so trying, but I know of ways that may help. Writing is one of them, as is ranting; hopefully ranting did help you.

Here's our anger management community, which has a few tips for dealing with anger. In addition to that, I found some links that may help -- one, two, three, and four.

I'm also including this pun I found. Hopefully this helps!

Best of luck :)

Oooo thank you for the pun! Much appreciated lol. So sorry for the bad language can't help myself sometimes.

I will definitely check those out. I've come a longgggggg way from controlling my temper but yuck! Some people just rub you the wrong way!

Thank you though for your support!
