I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling suffocated. That sounds like a really uncomfortable and distressing experience.

If you feel comfortable, could you share a bit more about what's been going on in your life that might be contributing to these feelings? It's important to acknowledge and address the source of our emotions, so that we can work towards feeling better.

In the meantime, it might be helpful to try some deep breathing exercises or other relaxation techniques to help ease the feeling of suffocation. Taking some time to focus on your breath and quiet your mind can be a good way to reduce feelings of anxiety and tension in the body.

I'm in grief process. I lost my father recently. Crying too hard makes me suffocated but nothing can do cos it's a relief

@worryBear

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is never easy, and it's understandable that you're going through a difficult grieving process. It's okay to cry and express your emotions in any way that feels natural to you, even if it feels overwhelming at times. It's important to give yourself time to process your feelings and come to terms with your loss. Remember to take care of yourself during this time and reach out to those who offer support. I'm here for you if you ever need someone to talk to.
