Why is it so hard to not be okay
Honestly, I'm never okay, but i say i am because i know people are going through much worse than me. My confidence is there but not always, i always feel like i'm not doing enough to help, i always feel like i'm complaining too much and i feel like i failed someone when i get corrected. I usually say I'm okay but when I don't that means I'm really not okay. I need someone to tell me I know you are not okay, I can notice it and just give me a hug and let me cry in their arms. I want my sadness to be noticed without me having to show it or say it. But i mean it's not that easy to notice someones sadness, not that easy to notice someones tears or their pain, but it's super easy to point out what they did wrong, what they are not doing right, how they failed you. It's super easy to make someone feel less than but never easy to make someone feel more than. People always tell you "you need to do better, you need to work on yourself" but then they wanna bring up all your past mistakes like it's a regular conversation topic/starter. How am I supposed to change when you wanna keep reminding me of how much of a failure I am. Or they tell you "turn to God, He will lead you down the right path" like tell me God will help me, makes me even more mad and irritated.

Honey (please let me know if calling you "honey, sweetheart, etc." makes you uncomfy) I promise, okay, someone may be going through worse than you. But you are still going through something! You matter, and so do the things you go through. Everyone feels the need to help all the time, it's just human nature. Every time someone gets corrected, they feel bad. I know this because i do too. You are an amazing person and I'm sorry that no one has been able to just be there for you. We will all listen to you, and I'm sorry that no one can see that you are hurting and need someone to be there for you. You do not need to do better. You can only do what you can do, nothing more or less, and it is not your fault that some people can't see that. You have no reason to need to do better, you are doing your best and that's all that matters. Okay, for some people god has helped them. Not everyone knows how to turn to god. not everyone even has a god. God could answer with "no." God cannot or will not help everyone and the fact that everyone in the world has suffered through something says that loud and clear.
@Eddieflwwrboii Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Also I don't mind if you call me honey or anything else. It's comforting for me.
@IamAubrey23 Of course, hun. everyone needs something sometimes.
