Hey, I noticed your question, and I hope I can help! First of all, I wanted to say that being healthy definitely has a number of aspects. It's definitely a large amount of growth to become "completely healthy." Here is an outline to what I believe you should do to be healthy, inside and outside.

1. Make sure you take care of your health. Make sure to eat an amount of food that is fitting for your body, and try to drink at least 7 cups of water a day. If you have trouble remembering, setting some alarms evenly throughout the day can help to remind you!

2. If you are concerned about your acne, watch out for your diet. Try to remove excessive sugars, junk food, and ESPECIALLY milk and chocolate.

3. Try to have at least 40 minutes of physical activity every day. I suggest trying to do some at-home workouts. I DEFINITELY suggest this because working out has been proven to improve mood a lot. It helps you feel refreshed, and being in healthy shape is great for your body. This can be mostly cardio-related or strength-training-related. All of it counts! Make sure to work out at a level that fits your body. If you aren't used to aggressive working-out, things are going to be difficult! :) Try to progress, and you will see a difference.

4. Positive affirmations are key to having that happy life. It's about the perspective you have of life, not what you have. I can easily prove this by looking at the rich people who are depressed and the poor people who are happy with their lives. It isn't only about the objective or materialistic things, but the way you perceive them. If you're insecure about a certain body part, tell yourself affirmations about how you love that insecurity, and that it is perfect. Remind yourself of your value. For example, I am a loving friend. I am honest. I am successful. I am strong. Remind yourself! Remember, objective and materialistic things don't matter unless you recognize them in your perspective. Remember, happiness in your life originates from how you see your life, not necessarily always the aspects.

5. Meditation is a great way to relax. Clear your mind and relax. You should definitely find some meditation videos online and do them every once in a while. Believe me, they do the trick!

Anyway, I hope I helped! :)
