At this moment, I have no control over things that happened to me at work. I am anxious waiting for the unknown to unfold. I appreciate for the support from my coworkers. They know how I have been at work. My current and previous supervisors know how I work as well. I have been a good employee, help out whenever supervisor annd coworkers ask me, never worry my supervisors… does it count? Not really. They move me to somewhere else before investigation. I applied for the position I have. I came to the team first. He was transferred to us less than a year ago. I’m now going to find something to do to distract myself.

It sounds like you're in a really tough and uncertain situation at work, and that feeling of being powerless over what's happening is overwhelming. You’ve put in so much effort, been a good employee, and supported your team. It’s frustrating to feel like that doesn’t seem to count when decisions are being made. While you wait for things to unfold, focusing on what you can control might help ease some of the anxiety.

Powerless, that’s exactly how I felt.
