Can't sleep.

The night drapes heavy, still and deep,

But here I lie, awake, no sleep.

Thoughts like whispers softly creep,

Dancing shadows, secrets keep.


Eyes wide open, dreams delay,

Till dawn gently steals the night

away.

This is a beautifully penned poem perfectly displaying what you're going through while battling sleeplessness. I really hope you're able to catch up on some rest. No sleep can be tough. Nothing is worse than a wrecked sleep cycle.

@trueconfidant123 I was actually able to finally get some sleep, thankfully! You're absolutely right, lack of rest really takes a toll on everything, so I’m feeling a little more like myself now. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and understanding. 💛
