Does anyone else journal when you're bored at school or work?

I'll literally be 10 minutes into an assignment and I get bored so I pull out my mini notebook from my backpack and write about something really good that happened to me earlier. It's not a normal thing to do, but it's healthy. I get interesting looks sometimes. 😆

I do ,do this too ,or I doodle, drawing illustrations of me, usually flying off to exotic locations 😂💜
