Feeling Hopeless
My mental and physical health has really taken a nose dive recently. The last few years I have had chronic pain, and I've recently found out it's caused by a birth defect. Basically I have an extra vertebrae in my spine and it fused to my hip bone. The pain is making it almost impossible to do my job, (I'm a massage therapist) it's just to physical for me now. But I feel like I don't know how to do anything else. I feel limited by my health issues and lack of education and I don't know what to do. I am supposed to have a MRI and I'll be going to the pain clinic eventually for injections, I just hope I can get better quality of life back.

And you get relief from the injections.
I know how you feel.
It takes over everything else.
You don't look like anything's wrong so people think you are making it up.
I had a spinal operation.
So in the cold weather especially, I get bad flare ups, it's alot!
