I hate my group leader

So I have this group leader who's been pushing my buttons lately. He keeps on complaining that he's the only one moving in our group but in reality we're all working he just keeps telling that he's the only one. Well the problem is I am so angry every time that he chats I feel these whole negative energy around me and I don't want that I don't want to be angry so I keep being rational but there's something in me that wants to brust out and just shout but I fear that if I say things I am a bad person.
