-Once again, I have started my journey. It feels bizarre to think about it. It wasn't easy to open up about certain things, but I had to, and there is so much more that I want to say to them. For now, I have to go regularly. I don't know where this is gonna lead, but I will see.
-I still feel a bit anxious and uncertain about my future. My doctor looked at my graph results and he said, "These kinds of cases often end up in the newspaper because they often go unnoticed", to my father, and that felt very close to home, but I am gonna start the deep breathing exercise to see if there is any improvement, as he didn't give me any meds for now.
-Overall, the experience was quite scary for me; I did cry a bit, too. I don't know what's gonna happen, but now that I do have professionals to help me, I feel a bit secure at the same time.
