Today has been okay, I feel great but the new system for the pilot from my job is overwhelming it is constant calls back to back within seconds of each other, yes we get breaks. This a huge adjustment though I am going from 100-200 calls a day to rapid 300-400 with chance to breathe. My adhd is not happy with the constant beeping and sounds rapidly going. I like the moderate pace better, and with how fast it this new pilot they are trying to run with. It is crashes itself out..

It sounds like you're experiencing a significant change in your work environment with the new pilot system. Rapid and continuous calls can indeed be overwhelming, especially when you're accustomed to a different pace. It's great that you're acknowledging the challenges and the impact it has on your ADHD. It might be helpful to communicate your concerns and difficulties with your superiors or HR department to explore potential adjustments or accommodations that could make the transition smoother for you. Remember to prioritize your well-being and seek strategies that can help you manage the increased workload and sensory stimuli effectively.
