Venting
These customers today are just next level rude and disrespectful, especially when they use very heinous remarks. Tw just Monday, I was told to off myself back to back by a customer and they then hung up. Of course, I placed it on a dnc so no has to put up with something like that. I was pretty terrible because then I had another just straight yelling at me and trying to disrespect my education level and mental capacity. Today, I am either getting called names like "stupid" or other vulgar terms. I work a home job so decompressing is quality time with my fiancé and daughter, or playing a pc game.
Just today, I am also irritated because my fiancé's job is uber disrespectful about me and my daughter. Smh over here using us against him once more

Hi, Im sorry you are dealing with such rude people. That's no good for our self-esteem and can ruin our day if we let it. But consider the source and do you and let the rude ones go right over your head without letting them rent any space in your head. Best of luck to you all!!

Whenever a customer or someone at your fiance's job attacks your character, (s)he is really saying a lot more about him/herself than you. That such a person feels the need to engage in ad hominem speaks volumes about the quality of his/her character or, more precisely, the lack of quality thereof.
