Anyway…I was saying…yes my depression comes and goes in waves. Although lately I have been feeling pretty neutral (neither good nor bad), just kinda feeling nothing. Yes I have a therapist, she is currently on leave but will be back soon, but idk if i want to continue.

Idk…i feel like I'm just wasting my time with her…I didn’t eel any marginally better after sessions with her. And I didn’t get a therapist to get advice from or anything. I simply wanted to talk to someone
