How to get out of rut

I am very upset and discouraged with my life. I have a job right now but not making enough money and work way to hard. My schedule makes it hard for me to go out and make friends or have a social life. I also have alot of family stress going on with my brother and i have a strained relationship with my dad. I want to move out but starting to save money now. I am just looking for a friend to make life easier or vent with
