I'm looking for a pen pal
Hi! I'm looking for someone to talk about (rock) music, about movies or just to meet sympathic people.
Hii, @reservedFarm2656! I also love rock music, which bands are your favourites?
Great to hear !
1) Green Day forever
2) Nirvana
3) Billy Talent
And you ?
@reservedFarm2656
I like Blondie, Foreigner, Guns n' Roses, Queen, and other stuff. I like some Nirvana songs as well and I've heard of Billy Talent, but never heard of Green Day Forever. Do you play any instruments?
Awesome !
I play the guitar and a bit of piano and really a bit of drum and you ?
Are you in a band ?
Awesome !

@reservedFarm2656
wow that's really cool how you can play so many instruments! I always wanted to learn the guitar, are you doing electric or acoustic? Im doing grade 6 piano and technically I don't play the drums but my friends started a band and nominated me to drum?! So I'm learning off of yt tutorials XD Our band is called syzygy and we're playing 'we fell in love in October'
It's awesome !
I play electric guitar; I love the distorsion effect.
You must be really good at the piano!
Lol, that's great about your band and that you're watching tutorials to improve your drumming skills! I didn't know 'we fell in love in October' but I enjoy it. In the band in my school we are playing Enter Sandman to Metallica, The Emptiness Machine to Linkin Park and Celebrety Skin to Hole.
Are you planning on playing live shows or composing?
@reservedFarm2656
haha I love Metallica! Nah we're not planning on any performances bc also my friend is not that good at guitar yet so we are both beginners.
Ah, I see, practicing will make you progress, but the important thing is to have fun! By the way, do you prefer to play or listen to music?
@reservedFarm2656
probably listen to.. when I'm playing I don't really hear the music as a whole bc I am so focused, so listening to music makes me enjoy it more I guess! wbu?
Ha okay I understand. I think listen to too.
@reservedFarm2656
so u said u wanted to talk about movies too, what's ur favourite movie/series? I might have watched it.
My favourite movie is Star Wars (4, 5 and 6 I think 7, 8 and 9 are so bad) and my favourite series is Stranger Things. Soon the 5 season !
And u ?
@reservedFarm2656
omg my fav series is Stranger Things as well!!! and I have been looking for someone to talk to about it for years 😭 who is your favourite character?
Wow awesome we can talk about it now. I don't think I have a favourite character because I think they are all so cool but maybe I prefer Joyce, Hopper and Steve. And you ?
@reservedFarm2656
my fav character is probably Eleven or Max but I think Winona Ryder is such a good actor! Did you watch Beetlejuice, she was the main character in it?
I like them but not Eleven in the season 2. I think Max has beautiful hair. Yes Winona Ryder is really a good actor ! Yes I watched Beetlejuice I like this movie and Winona Ryder is awesome inside. Who's your favourite actor ?
@reservedFarm2656
I think maybe my fav actor is Joe Keery just bc he does such a good job considering Steve's character development from being an absolute jerk to an exasperated yet kindhearted babysitter.
may I ask your reasons for not liking Eleven in season 2?
It's not that I dislike Eleven, it's more that I think it's a shame she's going her own way, even if she has her reasons. I also think the look she's adopted in season 2 doesn't suit her, since we can clearly see in the other seasons that she prefers to dress differently, that this isn't her style.
I don't judge people on their appearance, it's just that in Eleven's case I thought it was a shame
@reservedFarm2656
I can understand that, season 2 is probably my least favourite season as well. I like season 1 and season 3 the most, in season 4 it feels like all the characters are so split up.
I can't believe its coming out on Thursday, I'm so excited!
Yes me too !!
Hey how are you ? Did you watch the season 5 of Stranger Things ?
@reservedFarm2656
yes I've watched 3 episodes of it ITS SO GOOD
wbu did u watch any yet??
Yes, I watched everything and I found it truly incredible. I can't wait for the rest to come out.
Ha okay I understand. I think listen to too.
Hey! Whats your favourite song from Green day and from Nirvana?
Hey! My favourite song from Green Day is perhaps Jesus Of Surburbia and from Nirvana I don't know really perhaps Heart shaped box, Dumb, Rape me, Plateau or Lake of Fire. I can't choose😅.
And you ? What's your favourite band ? Do u like Green Day and Nirvana ? And what's your favourite song by them ?
