i'd say absolutely not. you should most definitely move on from him. not because only would it be illegal and you two are in very different stages of your life currently, but also because you don't really need to focus on relationships at your age..
(that is a personal opinion—that you can't shoose to listen to—but i am only telling you what would be best for you in this situation)
