High functioning ASPD here

I’m looking to reach out and talk to other people who suffer from ASPD. Find resources to better manage and cope with the disorder. Talking to a neurotypical therapist over the past few years has drained me. Trying to elaborate the intense urges associated with the disorder is never an easy task, even to professionals.
