BPD and feeling lost

So hi I'm 32M from the UK,

I'm currently having issues with my favourite person. She's my girlfriend and struggling with her own personal issues.

Now we've been starting to feel distant for while. Mostly this is due to my impulse control. I feel myself just feeling lost as I can't help her as I'm struggling with myself. This is hurting her and I'm struggling to figure out what's next.
