BPD cost me my relationship and now I feel like I’m falling

I was in a healthy relationship with my ex for five months. We had our disagreements, but it started getting worse and worse because of my mood swings and random anger impulses. He broke up with me yesterday and stated he had to set boundaries. I’m not mad at him for it. He didn’t know I had BPD (I’ve recently been diagnosed and didn’t know how to talk about it). He knows now but says he doesn’t want a relationship with me or with anyone. I feel hopeless and hurt but I understand his reasoning. I don’t know what to do. I’m in therapy, but it’s once every other week and I don’t have a session until tomorrow.

I know how you feel. Currently going through the same but i have anxiety and depression. Continue to go to therapy and maybe your ex with come around. Me and my ex broke up as well but he’s still willing to work on it with me and try to love me through my issues. I hope everything works out for you. ❤️❤️

I'm not gonna sugar code it. I'm sure he was a nice guy but don't sympathize with him. I get mood swings very often as well but I haven't found my solution. I don't have therapy or anything. I bottle everything inside. It's kind of a reason I joined this but I still can't open up.. but anyways you shouldn't depend on him anymore. You can do this. Sometimes it isn't people who can help sometimes it's yourself. And I'm sorry he left you. But maybe he wasn't worth it. I hope you find your solution.
