I have recently discovered a very helpful help and it is a youtuber . Her name is Sammy-Marie Grimm . I highly reconnend her becauseof her positive attitude and uplifting content to lift your spirit aswell. She teached how strong we actually are.

Honestly, I've been trying to find the right "bpd youtuber" for a while now, someone who portrays the bpd accurately and informatively but also makes fun and positive content. So far I've been watching Marie Rose, Olivia Rose, Michi Mavros and a few more.
