Bullet journal and apps

So I found keeping a bullet journal quite helpful and I was wondering if anyone here did as well and if you do which things do you find helpful to put in yours?

Also I was wondering if anyone used any other phone applications that were worth checking out?

At the moment I find myself caught between a rock and a hard place as most community based services will not help me as they believe they are not specialised enough and I cannot afford to go via the private route so I feel like I'm sat with my thumb up my backside not really able to dampen things down properly and waiting for the referral I need to get seen to.
