Does anyone not have an fp?
I find myself feeling jealous of any friend close to me interacting with other people but I don't feel like this with my partner and normally I tend to get platonically close to people who have their own issues and let me help them, then I become nothing but help and then I burn out, put up boundaries and they stop contacting me. So, maybe the real reason I feel jealous there is that I'm being used and rejected and it's not an fp situation. I am someone who really values independence so, the whole concept of an fp doesnt sit comfortably with me but I just end up keeping everyone at arms length because I feel that when I get close to people, they just leave. It's a pretty lonely ordeal.
What does fp mean?

FP stands for Favourite Person. It's the people that people with BPD emotionally depend on. Relationships with FPs are intense. Here's more info about it.
