It's understandable that you've kept it a secret, as BPD can often be misunderstood and there's a lot of stigma surrounding it. However, I don't think you'll find much of that here, thankfully.

I have boarderline personality disorder

i have just turned 40, basically spent my teens/20s without surport or understanding... labelled trouble or hard work, I didnt have the luxury of family witnessing my mental health they just neglected me. Still had anxiety and depression just went through it alone. Yeah I have incredible unexplainable emotional moments.. I also have so much insight and understanding truly understand the feeling of heartbreak or loneliness.
