Hi everyone, I'm Nicole. just joined 7cups a few days ago. I was in a crisis and looking for a support group of some sort and here i am. Got diagnosed with bpd a year ago, although i have been struggling for a lot longer. Mentioned my psychiatrist about this app and how it helped me during the crisis and he was very pleased to hear about it. Anyways, just wanted to say hi to everyone.
