Hi I'm Melissa I'm 20 and I have borderline personality disorder , learning difficulties and also a alcoholic

My BPD effect me in all ways

Moods - depressed , angry , anxiety , lonely

Thoughts - of hurting people , touching people , hurting myself , revenge , and lots more

Impulses - washing hands , touching objects , self h , other things

Self harm - cutting , banging head ,puchin , burning

Substance misuse - drugs and alcohol plus I'm a alcoholic

Suicide - lots of suicide attempts I've made 34 since last September

Self Image - loosing weight , fat , ugly , size of a elephant , and perfection all the time

Abandonment , hate , Jude, critism , hard for me to say no when its the right time
