By focusing on your blessings and seeingthe glass half full rather than half empty. You go empty only if you think you are worthless. But nobody in this world borne without a mission or purpose . Even a bad person has woeth and should not feel empty or worthless. Emptiness is created by the mind, a misconception. Pray and read the Bible . . There you will find that God gives us fullness of life and thus, tou will not feel empty anymore!@alexlove

Thank you for your comment, it's really appreciated, but it's not me who wants help, this is just a question for people who suffer from this illness :)
i have no idea i just kinda try to trigger myself to have any kind of emotion and then to get into that emotion and that's it, i kinda forget about it but it's always back :/
but at least i can rest a bit when the emotion comes
I don't think I handle emptiness very well at all. As mentioned, sometimes I do trigger myself just to feel anything at all.
Other times I just sit with it. I don't do anything to fix it or deal with it. I stay in bed all day. I ignore everything.
@derailments
Yes, I can completely understand the feeling, same here.
@alexlove I'm sorry you feel that way too :(
btw I really like your display pic. Placebo is a great band.
@derailments
Thanks and yes, they're my favorite
I'm so sorry to hear this. But seeking for someone just to listen to you is a great start.
I don't handle emptiness well, I usually try and fill it with drugs or love. I feel like I am addicted to my boyfriend, I use him to try and feel something good. When he's not around I can't stop thinking about him and count down the hours until he comes home, I get so overwhelmed by the love I feel for him its like I'm drowning. He doesn't feel the same way though, and it hurts but I just have to hold onto the fact that he does love me.
