I feel like something is wrong with me

I've taken online screenings for depression, anxiety, bipolr disorder, and borderline personality disorder. depression and anxiety are definite positives, bipolar is unsure.

BPD is very likely.

Could someone please describe to me what it's like to have BPD??? I'm so confused...and I can't get in to see my doctor. What is it like? How do you feel most of the time? How does you brain run? I just need some kind of reference, one that's more personal that educational. I want to know what's wrong with me.

I hope it isn't a problem to post this...I'm just so confused...

Hey. I don't have personal experience with BPD but this link goes to a site with a collection of blog posts by people who do. I hope that that may be of some help to you.

It's no problem posting in this thread, take care. ^^

I don't want to disappoint you: but online tests are nothing. I had ASPD (Antisocial personality disorder) on that tests, NPD, PPD and many other stuff and my diagnosis are anorexia and BPD. If you want to check if there's something wrong - go to a psychiatrist. I've seen that you're still a teen and it's not possible to be diagnosed with a personality disorder in your age. I'd really like to talk to you about having BPD, but you're a teen on here and I'm an adult so we can't really talk. But BPD is an awful disorder and just because you have all/most/some of the symptoms doesn't mean that you have it because we're not professionals, neither are tests to tell what's normal and what's not. Mental disorders are about extremes and just because someone can't fall asleep for 15 minutes at night doesn't mean he has insomnia. If you understood what I told you.

I understand the need to fit in some lable, it makes you feel safer, less "weirdo"; and perhaps accepted in this cahotic real world. you may have all those illness, you may dont have them, you will only know for sure when a professional diagnosis you (and even professional diagnoses are sometimes not trustfull).
im a psychology student, and a teacher of mine used to say that teenagers are always at least a little borderline. of course it was kind of his joke, it isnt to be taken seriously, thou if you think a bit it makes sense. if you look for the symptoms and the caracteristics it makes a lot of sense that borderline is a lable that fits adolescence very well. i understand you must be in a lot of pain and stress, because of not knowing whats wrong with you, or what you can do to get better... but unfortunately you will probably have to wait some years before you get any diagnosis, or maybe hormones and life will make it all go away eventually.

i wish you all the luck! get better and take care
