Hi, I'm new here so idk what to say.

I don't have the access to a professional therapist so I turned to the Internet to do research about a lot of disorders. And I can relate to the symptoms of BPD. I know very well that I can be wrong and self diagnosis can't really give me the answers but that's all I have.

Ofc it can be a normal thing to go through as a teen and because I'm not a professional therapist I got confused but I dont really know if I have BPD or I'm just normal.

And what really put that idea in my mind is the fact that every body in my life tell me that there's something wrong with me.

I really need to find answers and finally get out of this darkness of not knowing who I truly am.

@exuberantPond4585 I am sorry to hear you're going through such a tough time, i get it. One thing i would suggest if you can is to talk to your family doctor and see if they have any input on the situation. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing with educating yourself about it, and if you can try and stay mindful of how you're feeling. If you can kep a journal and write in it multiple times a day - this would be a great tool to determine how your moods shift throughout the day (if they do or not)

Sometime in the moment of somthing it is challenging to recognize a switch in mood, but being able to document how you feel in that moment, and then later on re-read it you will be able to see if there is a difference in your mood/feelings/personality/thoughts....

Another suggestion i have for you whether or not you have BPD is mindfullnes! I know everyone say do it.... but seriously.....do it. IT is so beneficial to your overall mental health,, physical health and if you stick with it you will get better and begin to see a difference in every aspect of your life.

Feel free to messege me if you want to chat more about this! I beilive in you, and you are strong.

@exuberantPond4585

BPD is difficult to diagnose even for a psychiatrist. Find professional help.. do not self diagnose

@RealTree3

It's rare to find a professional where I live so I can't get any help I need.

I know that self diagnosing isn't good and I really want the opinion of a professional therapist but I can't get any.
