Hello guys! I’ve been experiencing symptoms of borderline for over two years now, but can’t afford a therapist so I’m just looking for a way to deal with the symptoms without getting diagnosed. Any advice?

Hey there, hope all is well. I think the best thing you could do for yourself if you feel that’s what you are dealing with, is to constantly do your research about it if you ever feel alone and misunderstood. You can never learn too much about something and when the time comes towards getting the professional help, I believe it can benefit the process just by having that knowledge about yourself and relating to other people helps as well. Best wishes.
