What do you want her to trust about you again? Your post is a little vague as to what you want from her trust in you. Since you broke up, typically people go their separate ways, trust no longer is an important factor. What is it that you would like to rekindle with her, through this trust?

Do you want her as a friend or to rekindle the romantic relationship? I know watching a person you care for struggle with an illness is difficult. Even more so when you are affected by it as well. Do you feel like you accept her in spite of her illness or do you think of her illness as an extension of all the components made up of who she is? It's good that you are willing to accept her for what she has, but it's also important to love every part of her. Illness and all. I think anyone who struggles with something they cannot cure, wants to feel that. It's important that you show that to her.

As far as trust goes, how do you think trust is made and earned? Usually it's through consistency of actions and effort. Perhaps evaluating the relationship and working on the problems that hurt you both through better communication, could regain her trust. Successful relationships are born from trial and error, you have to continously see what works in order to have a secure and loving one. That is why you must figure out what works and what you need to improve.

From what you describe, it sounds very typical of people who suffer from bpd. Bpd suffers can have a very "black and white" mentality. Perhaps that could be part of why she is acting so differently and why you feel hated. Or perhaps the relationship between you two feels over to her and she is acting accordingly, it's hard to say. I dated a person who I believe suffers from bpd and I know that feeling all too well. It can be quite the roller coaster ride of emotions. However, I think it's important to remember that you made a choice to end things. Being regretful will not change anything, it will only aid to more suffering and "what ifs". That is something that you do not want or deserve.

If she is not willing to work past the issues that broke you up, then I'm afraid there is little that you can do. The effort and desire needs to be from both parties, not just you. I know that this is not what you want to hear, but it's really only the advice I can give is to work towards moving on.
