Hello.
My name is Hayley and I suffer from Boarderline Personality Disorder, mild depression and an eating disorder.

I just moved to another country where nobody speaks English. I am looking to find support and get some help on this path to recovery. I have never been to therapy, told anyone about what I suffer from, or opened up to people about this.

I want to get better and be able to control my BPD.

@hayleymasters23 I'm glad you're here! 7 Cups can be a great way to start opening up about your feelings and any issues you have been struggling with. Moving to a country were they speak a different language can be stressful, exciting and exhausting. I went through that same situation a long time ago.
