I was very recently diagnosed with bpd in the hospital and it has jus shaken my whole world up it makes alot of sense as to why I'm so messed up but I really don't know how to cope with this information or begin to cope with it.

@kaeslays19 Hello! I hope you are doing well! I'm sorry to hear about everything going on. I want you to know that you are not messed up at all. Please don't ever think that! Panic attacks occur for very different reasons. My second cousin goes out into the city quite calmly and is calmly in the crowd of people (university, mall). But it is very difficult for her to accept that she can stay in the house completely alone. She turned on the lights everywhere, turned on the TV at a high volume so as not to think about unnecessary things. But this doesn't always help. As far as I was told she installed fiberglass doors a month ago - https://www.elegantentrydoors.ca/entry-fiberglass-doors/ These are modern doors with increased strength but not as strong as steel ones. I believe that this method helps her to be more relaxed at home. It works in addition to her therapy.You need to think about what might complement your case.
