Possibly borderline??
I am not diagnosed with BPD but I do completely relate to all of the aspects of it so I thought it best to come here. I’ve been experiencing extreme changes in mood for a while now. I become massively insecure in relationships and often respond angrily for no reason at all. I feel so full of sadness, joy and anger on repeat and then I feel absolutely nothing. I’m massively losing control and I have no idea who I am. Can anyone help?
@yellowPark5382 Labels can be scary so finding out that we relate to aspects of a disorder can make us anxious. I can't tell you whether you actually have it (a mental health practitioner will be able to) but I want to assure you that even if you do, BPD is a treatable condition and there are various forms of support available to get you through it. Regardless of the label, the experiences you have described sound like it's been tough. Feeling a loss of control and identity, among other things, can be very uneasy. Please reach out to a listener whenever you are in need of support.
