Having family members with undiagnosed BPD can be a traumatic experience as very often, emotions are intertwinted with many other events. A normal person has to juggle with mood swings and destructiveness of their loved ones eith BPD as well as all the challenges that life throws at him/her. Children have to cope with BPD parent(s) and living under them can be very stressful. Could anyone share insights to advising young teenagers on how to cope with parents with undiagnosed or diagnosed BPD?

Coping with others who have diagnosed or undiagnosed BPD can definitely be very challenging. There are so many aspects that can make it challenging to work with. The most important thing is to be very cognisant of your own needs and your own self care first. It may seem "selfish" but I have found that in life, you cannot help others unless you are practicing self care and making sure that you are the best version of yourself.

I hope you are staying well and taking care of yourself!
