Sudden plummets

I don't know what happened. It's like I've been hit with a ton of bricks. I suffered untreated until a few years ago, and I've been doing better for over a year. At times, it was hard to remember how bad I felt. I remember now. Regular functioning is difficult, I'm not even here I'm so severely dissociated

@wanderlustforever

I'm so sorry that you're feeling this way after doing better for so long. It must feel pretty awful to be reminded of how bad it can feel. I hope you're able to find some support. Dissociation is hard, and not many people understand it.

@InvaderStitch thank you, that's a big part of the problem, that I don't have people who understand it. When people don't get it, I feel even more alone

@wanderlustforever

I get that. Dissociation can be scary, but then to have to deal with it on your own is just awful.
