bpd and relationship issues plz help

i’m going thru splitting on my boyfriend for the first time. i really need someone i can talk to about what’s going on and who can tell me if my feelings are valid or is just my bpd making it seem worse than what it is, i don’t know if i should take some space for myself to figure things out or not
