hello all i have very recently well as of tuesday been diagnosied with bpd and i am not sure what it really is or how to deal with it but i am very glad to see that there is support on here for it as i have been looking around the web and not found much . i am scared and confused and thats not even part of my normal emotions thats just on top but i have to let it settle in and i hope that i can grow and support in this group

It can feel very frightening when you are first given a diagnosis, especially if you dont know a lot about it, but I hope that those you have for support will be able to explain this to you in a way that you can understand. There is a great community here at cups for those who have BPD and I hope you will feel safe enough here to reach out for support to them. Thank you for posting :)
