@anonyVillage2075 BPD haver here. I've learned a lot to cope and manage my emotions with this disorder by focusing on my schooling and hobbies a lot. My biggest trigger is when other people's tones are off, so I've been learning to be okay with being by myself by just finding new hobbies and find things that make me at peace. It'ss not much, but I'm here if you need to talk :[

@hazelsderangesthoughta I too use college as my biggest distraction. It helped. But now it is slowly becoming a headache to me. I think we need to keep a balance and not obsessively engage in a single thing to distract ourselves or else it is going to consume us as well.

I would also like to get advice about this. It is very difficult especially when alone and having no one to talk to about it or people saying it's just in my head or don't think this way. It is just disappointing that not enough people understand it.
