He is inside cat, my old cats were outside cats/inside cats

Is there any game he likes to play? I am currently a dog owner but i had two cats in past, they were always at home because I was living in apartment and they were always playing with little balls having a bell inside 😊
He likes to chase my daughter around the house or he acts like a dog will have you scratch his belly before any play time commences 😂
