Struggling with BPD
So I've always caused issues my whole life, and despite my savant syndrome and autism allowing me to be more emotionally aware and logically grounded, I still black out when my emotions get bad, which is way more often than I'd like to admit.. and to find out today, after 20+ years of being alive the reason why I'm so mentally twisted and have this bible text of disorders from mental and neurological to physical is due to my parents doing the street version of ADHD meds if ykwim. I always felt mentally ill. I've never had a happy memory, to be fair my life isn't one to be happy of to begin with until now at least. And it's due to that. Idk how to cope

I'm sorry you're feeling that way. My partner has BPD and I know I'll never be able to truly know how it feels I have been doing my damnedest to learn as much as I can. In the last year and a half I have amassed a substantial library in you tube and some good books in Amazon. I suggest the book The Big Book on borderline personality disorder, the BPD workbook by Dr Fox DBnd look and videos on YouTube by Dr Fox, Dr Snipes, Dr Ramani and also the many channels of people who have the disorder and are really able to truly understand how you feel inside. I can't think of names of the top of my head. One was on the line I think and her name was Kayla. I can never remember am I allowed to post videos in this? I see a spot for a link.
