I'm only recently understanding that I have a narcissistic disorder.. looking back I could see signs but I've ignored it mostly. I need help with controlling it. Or to at least get a better understanding of it to use it for a higher power

I would encourage you to get in touch with a therapist or doctor to share your thoughts and insights, and discuss a diagnosis of NPD. With therapy you will also learn how to better deal with your symptoms.
I hope someone with a similiar experience will reach out to you here too.
