Usually, I brush it off but this has stuck. I always feel like I'm being watched. By cameras and they are always hidden. I can't even turn the lights off because 'Oh, Wow! Imaginary freaky brain cameras are thermal now! Ooooooooo!' I hate it! My self esteem is low enough,! I always feel like people are looking at me in class and talking about me and taking the mick but- I- ughhh!! Please help! I just wanted to be a normal girl. I'm in no way shape or form a normal- Just please help!!!

@SeraIsHere hi there ! Thank you so much for reaching out. 💪❤️ I want you to know we are here to listen and support you .💪

I can understand that this is very frustrating for you. I encourage you to seek professional help as we are here to listen and support you. What I can share is resources but because I'm not a professional myself I am unable to give you any advice.

however I want to open this space for anyone who has experience this and to encourage anyone to share how they cope with this. I can definitely relate to low self-esteem. For me it just really trying to do positive self talk and remind myself how far I have come . Maybe this could help you ? Here are some resources that may help you. Here explains how you can help yourself. Here talks about what are some coping skills. One thing that stood out that may help you is this part. (

When you are paranoid, your judgment may be so compromised that you really cant tell what is going on without outside help. For this reason, the best thing a paranoid person can do when trying to figure out if their judgment is okay or paranoid is to share what they are thinking with someone they trust and get a second opinion. )

perhaps when you think your class mates are talking about you , you could get a second option.

I hope this is helpful ? Anymore questions I'm happy to help. ❤️
