What if being lonely is a blessing not a burden,
what if I was born to be lonely,
what if I was destined to watch the stars by myself
what if the stars were meant to kiss me alone,
what if I was never created to be kissed.
what if I was a rose meant to glow alone,
What if my thorns are my strength,
What if my thorns are meant to be my only friends,
What if all that I am is my thorns.
What if being lonely is a blessing not a burden,
What if choosing to be lonely is the best form of self love,
What if being lonely is safer.

The fact that you used lonely instead of alone, I think means that you would prefer company. Me I like being alone, and I choose to stay that way. So the words in your poem, described me well ❤ as for you my friend, I hope you find true love and true friendships in your life ❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤
