Poem twelve
Dead kitten
A dead night who lives in the street rotten away
from emotions
From light
But live in the dark
what a sad sight to see emotions rotting
but thoughts sweeter than ever
only carried by thoughts that maybe I can be a human again
But that kitten who was suppose to be alive but now it’s rotting
But emotions still feel no pity
But I thought about pity
The end
If you wanna know the inspiration behind this poem well last year at night I was going to a story but on the street I found a dead kitten I stopped and I just stared at it and in that moment I felt no pity but I thought about pity and that memory of the kitten I can’t stop thinking about it and I decided to write a poem about it well that’s it
The Problem about this poem is I don’t know how to rhyme
@Dime9878 its actually well written, i love it. its already very hard to try and talk about an emotion you felt like you ''had to feel'' in a certain situation. i'm glad poetry helps in writing stuff like this. not all poems have rhymes so this is pretty fair.
