An old fairy's slumber

A pleasant drizzle on the hill top,

Winged wonders tinkering along yonder,

A toddler fairy skipping around, orange seeds her fairy dust as she'll hop,

Every fault for a year she'd ponder.

Trajectory from bug to youth, little leaves shimmering to the cloak blue,

Long faded, to a memory a little seed to a young plant, Leaves eaten, left alone in the dust grey,

From scorching summer to winter glummer sliding along for a mild shower, waters kid through and through

Pirouette through the pour, flopping through the spray.

Doubling down in lightning and thunder, dear love lassie below tones of silvery-siy.

Refusing to rest her heart of ember,

Off it set to rule the nether high,

With sprouting green winger, musing and tended.

Past that dead of night ran a fifty winters,

A little lay lass to a wise little wrinkle,

A long day of work to a slumer beneath the shadows, golder heart with a tale that sprinters,

Dreamt of an embrace with shallow rustles from my old man with his eye's twinkle.

Back 'gainst the barks splashed with hues of wheat,

Old heart's enveloped with one another,

Shades of the seas on the sky, storyline from bitter to sweet,

Off we glanced into the distance from the ledge of the hill top thinking of this that and the other
