I Saw A Dog

Two days ago, I saw a dog / With beautiful old eyes of fog / With tangled fur that never met a comb / A dog who grew in a stranger's womb / But it was happy, walking alone on the road / With paws in rain all soaked / And the foggy old eyes stared at me and said / "You are luckier than me, so why are you sad?"
