DEPRESSION:

• starts with a whisper in the back of your head
• conscience negative but positivity not yet dead 
• a knock at your door
• Its your inner demons as they reach your core
• already unstable so whats more
• that you don’t know 
• that little voice in your head makes you believe you have a choice 
• but you dont and by then it's taken over, especially Self-Hate 
• that thing is now imbedded in your brain because its depression
