The Tree That Grew from Grief

Blood touched the ground

Soaking the dry soil

in bright cherry red paint

Small seeds were planted

And they grew into  massive trees

Full of life, wonder, and delicious fruit

Death vanished-

Life was reborn

From the ashes

Once long forgotten

I hope yall enjoyed my latest poetry piece. I hadn't posted any poetry in a few weeks. I got the idea and just had to write it. My branches have grown a ton. Can't wait to see what happens next.
