When I Find My Way to You

Blue sky, what a relief to have from afar

‎Your smile, innocence and ignorance combined

‎She lies, her appearance is just a cover in sight 

‎He lies, pretending he doesn't see it with his own eyes 

‎

‎Flattered heart, to sit closely by your side

‎Crowned is she like, having to walk with you in the crowd

‎What is it like, to be loved by someone with unconditional kind? 

‎She tries to comprehend, if its truly right?

‎

‎Counting the days, one to three

‎Recalling the times you stood up differently 

‎I didn't took notice, until I realized 

‎You were once already there, when I just didn't mind 

‎

‎Letting go of my past mistakes, I uttered to myself, I will start in a new space

‎Forgetting it like I wasn't in love before 

‎Pretending like I haven't been foolish at all

‎

‎"Would you be the one?", I didn't mind to know 

‎How long we'll stick together, is simply unknown

But what kept me moving forward wasn’t certainty

What held me closely was an opportunity, I didn’t want to hold loosely

But just how far can we actually be?

When you seemed a lot better, just how much do I mean that, really?

Are we pretenders, trying to distract ourselves?

Are we running from the reality? And we’re both simply “lies” in our heads?

To sit with this, is a mystery

To be with you was sweet like a honey

But the reality unravels itself so quickly 

For the gap between you and me, was much greater, invisibly

How long will you stay, to say that you love me?

Once the cover is gone, would you still stick close by me?

When finally, its not just the chills and the love songs

When all the insecurity,  started  to play like a funeral song

Tomorrow, will hold itself together

God’s answer to my prayers is something I can’t yet uncover

But supposed you read this  letter, and you have known

I wanted you to know that I am holding on to what I still don’t know

I will stay, until the next crossroads

I won’t hide myself, nor move away from you

I will see you again until we ever can

Say my goodbye’s and hello’s like it doesn’t have no end
