hi! I'm so happy that 7cups has made it thus far and hope it continues to thrive!

I couldn't reach you through messaging but I had a question (actually several people have this question) but no one seems to have an answer or reply. So Ive been trying to make a personal request that fits more of what kind of listener Im looking for and it wont let me chat with them. It says I have to earn trust? Im not sure what all thats about. It would be more convenient to be able to reach out to listeners who specifically tend to our filtered needs however without the feature working its hard to find the right now. Any thoughts on why it says that?
